We used to turn to employment lawyers for advice on HR matters until we were introduced to Keith Ivory. Since then we have relied entirely on Keith. We really value the practical experience that Keith brings: the fact that he has ‘been there and done it’ as Head of HR for a large organisation means he can see the problems through our eyes, and most importantly, tell us about how the future scenario might unfold and what we need to do now to address it. Keith is readily available at the drop of a hat and it’s a great comfort to know that he is only an email or phone call away when we have concerns that we want an urgent view on. Knowing that Keith is engaged on a retainer basis gives our in-house Head of HR the confidence to raise any queries/share concerns, however small they may be perceived to be, with Keith, without worrying about the cost, which in turn gives me comfort that there are unlikely to be any buried issues that might raise their head at a later date.
